Since our profile images have gone inactive, we feel that it is as good a time as any to introduce our first community profile design contest!

Objective: Create a profile design (banner and userinfo table) for the kanjani8 userinfo. The mods will organize the text.

Rules:

Create a profile design that can cleanly and clearly organize the rules and basic info for the community.

Colorbars and profile images are not needed--just a design that can incorporate our rules and info.

Make the images a manageable size--not too big that it crowds the profile or too small that you can barely see it.

Be creative!

We also would like to keep our list of major Johnny's related LJ communities up to date, so if there is a group's community missing, please provide a link in comments!

This post is just an information post, NOT a submission post--the post where you can comment with your submissions will come up soon.

Ok so I love Yamapi's new single "Loveless" and I was hearing the instrumental and I was wondering if there's any sheet music for the piano? Is there even one? I play piano, and I really want to learn it.

Sooo.... I am back!
For the second half of December (the 19th) we are planning another J-pop fan meeting! Yey!
But this time it will be a sleep-over one, since it will be a J-pop Pijama Party!
We are planning to watch the most awaited 2 concerts this year (Kat-Tun and NewS), have a karaoke session and a loooot of surprises!
There will also be a fan- fiction contest (I am hoping this time with participants) and the winners will get their fan- fiction turned into a doujinshi manga that will be presented at one of the future displays of the J-pop corner (or more). But more details about this later on.
I will have to ask you to let me know if you are interested in joining the meeting so that I make the necessary preparations for the place and equipment. Hopefully more of you will be able to make it to the meeting this time and we will have a lot more fun!

I saw an event on facebook and immediately thought of ryuusei no kizuna.

On Nov. 17, 2009, Earth will pass through the 1466 stream again, but this time closer to the center. Based on the number of meteors observed in 2008, Vaubaillon can estimate the strength of the coming display: five hundred or more Leonids per hour. which i think is more than normal..
But it is visible over a few days...

So, I have two tickets for Yamashita Tomohisa's Solo Concert "Short but Sweet" on Monday, the 23rd at 2:00 PM.

I'm still looking for someone that will be in Tokyo on this day. (I won two auctions on Yahoo!Japan, so I don't need to trade.) The tickets are a pair, but I'm fine with selling them separately. Since I live in Tokyo, I'd prefer to just meet the buyer and exchange cash for the tickets in person, but the details are negotiable.
